UPS is our shipping carrier. Natural Learning Concepts ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges which you pay at checkout. A handling fee might be added to shipping charges. Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100% regarding workmanship and defects. If you find any of our products unsatisfactory: Please call us at 800-823-3430 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.   For a refund, the item(s) must be returned in the original packaging in the same condition it was when received within 30 days of delivery.  Natural Learning Concepts Inc. is not responsible for reimbursing shipping charges. 

The following items are NOT illegible for a refund and may NOT be returned:

2. DVD's

3. Software

4. Sensory Toys

5. Any item on a reject sale, overstock sale or clearance sale

If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. We will gladly send you a replacement.  If the order was damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so that we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
